TuitionConnect is an online platform that facilitates the connection between students/parents seeking educational tutoring ("Students") and individuals offering tutoring services ("Tutors"). We operate globally, welcoming international students and educators. We do not employ tutors directly; they operate as independent contractors.
When creating an account or submitting an inquiry on our platform, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.
Tuition fees are determined either by the Tutor or agreed upon mutually between the Student and the Tutor. TuitionConnect may charge a commission or a matching fee based on our current fee structure, which will be communicated clearly before any payment is processed. The "Zero Commission for First Month" offer for tutors is subject to internal policies and specific terms communicated at registration.
All users agree to interact respectfully and professionally. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban from the platform.
Tutors must maintain the highest standards of academic integrity and professionalism. Students must attend agreed-upon sessions or provide adequate notice for cancellations.
TuitionConnect provides the platform "as is" without any warranties of any kind. While we verify our tutors to the best of our ability, we do not guarantee specific academic results, test scores, or the absolute accuracy of information provided by independent tutors.
In no event shall TuitionConnect, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
For international users accessing our platform, please note that our services are governed by the laws of India. By using our platform, you agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
